Prices
All prices are wholesale FOB our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. Our pricelist is subject to change. A current pricelist is available upon request.
Payment
We require a 50% deposit before an order will be scheduled for production. The remaining balance is due before the order will be shipped. Payments
may be made by check, cash, or credit card.
Custom Options
Quotes for custom sizes, designs, and colors are available upon request. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sizes
All sizes in the catalog are listed in inches as Length X Width X Height.
Shipping
We ship through pre-paid common carriers. We will ship the best and most economical way using our discretion or we will use a trucking company of
your preference on your account. Additional services such as: lift gate, extra labor, storage, delivery phone call etc. are available at an extra cost and
must be established upon ordering. Our carrier does not offer inside delivery or white glove service.
Claims
Claims for damages MUST be made to a driver prior to accepting delivery. Ore Inc. will not be held responsible for damaged goods that are accepted
by you the consignee. If items are damaged please refuse those items as damaged and indicate on the delivery receipt including the drivers
signature. Our products are packed and wrapped by experienced packers according to carrier standards and recommendations. Ore Inc’s
responsibility for the shipment ceases after delivery of goods to the trucking company.
Back Orders
All of our items are handmade at our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. On occasion, handmade items take longer than expected. Items will be back
ordered only if total value is economical to ship and if we expect items to become available within a reasonable amount of time. Please specify when
ordering if no backorders will be allowed.
Important
Actual items may differ slightly in color, shape, and size from the photographs in this catalog. Because of the uniqueness of our natural rust patina,
a saucer should be used on sensitive surfaces to avoid discoloration.
